Morning Meals (6:00 AM – 8:00 AM):
🔸Start your day with light, easily digestible foods when the sun rises.
🔸Warm water with lemon to cleanse the system.
🔸Light breakfast after sunrise when hunger naturally occurs
🔸Warm, cooked foods like porridge or stewed fruits.
Main Meal (12:00 PM – 2:00 PM):
🔸Eat your largest meal when the digestive fire (Agni) is strongest.
🔸Should comprise the main portion of daily food intake.
🔸Include all six tastes: sweet, sour, salty, pungent, bitter, and astringent.
🔸Begin with sweet taste and end with bitter taste.
🔸Sit quietly for 5–10 minutes after eating
Evening (6:00 PM – 7:00 PM):
🔸Keep dinner light and early as digestion weakens after sunset.
🔸Should be lighter than lunch
🔸Consume at least 3 hours before bedtime
🔸Avoid heavy, fried, or difficult-to-digest foods
Key Principles:-
🔸Eat only when hungry
🔸Maintain 3–4 hours gap between meals
🔸Never eat while stressed or angry
🔸Practice mindful eating – focus on your food
🔸Avoid ice-cold beverages with meals
Eating Guidelines:
Proper eating habits are as important as what you eat.
Follow these practices for optimal digestion:
1. Sit cross-legged or with feet on the floor
2. Eat in a calm, peaceful environment
3. Chew food thoroughly
4. Fill stomach with: 1/3 food, 1/3 liquid, 1/3 empty
5. Express gratitude before meals

Remember:
When diet is wrong, medicine is of no use. When diet is correct, medicine is of no need."🌸🙏
