Ayurveda aur dieting: Kya hai asli approach?


✅ 1. Agni (Digestive Fire) ko Balancing Pe Focus

  • Jab Agni strong hoti hai, tabhi aapke khane ka sahi digestion, absorption aur elimination hota hai.

  • Weak Agni = undigested food = Ama (toxins) = weight gain, fatigue, indigestion.

Solution:

  • Garam paani peena

  • Jeera, ajwain, trikatu ka use

  • Appetizer herbs like chitrak, sunthi

✅ 2. Prakruti ke Anusar Diet

Har vyakti ka ek unique body type (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) hota hai, aur usi ke anusar diet hona chahiye.

Dosha Dieting Approach Vata Light fasting, warm & moist foods, avoid raw salads Pitta Cooling foods, avoid spicy/sour, proper hydration Kapha Light, warm, dry foods; avoid sugar, dairy, and fried items

  • Early dinner before sunset

  • Lunch as main meal (Agni sabse strong dopahar ko hoti hai)

  • Intermittent fasting (12–14 hrs) with warm water in between

  • Nasya, Abhyanga also support metabolism
